How does the 21-day free trial work?

If you cancel a paying plan within 21 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you choose to cancel your account (or downgrade to free) you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds will not be issued after your initial 21 day trial and we do not prorate for partial months.

Do I get a 21-day free trial if I upgrade from free plan to paying at a later date?

You receive a 21-day free trial if you have not had a previous trial. You can sign up for a free account now and still get your 21-day trial with a paid plan at a later date.

Is this a long-term commitment?

Nope! Payments are month-to-month and you can cancel any time.

Can I change plans at any time?

You can change plans at any time. Just sign into your account, click on My Account, Edit Profile/Plan Details, and click on "Change Plan Type." There are no setup fees, one-time charges, or hidden surcharges.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

What is a "custom domain?"

With a custom domain you can create short links such as http://mydomain.com/abcd. Use your personal domain or business domain to promote brand awareness and trust with your customers.

What plan do I choose to start using my custom domain?

Starting with the Solo Plan, you can use your custom domain.

How easy is it to setup my custom domain

You will need to know a little about DNS, but we try to guide you through the process when you are setting up your custom domain. You can always contact us at our Support site and we'll be happy to help!

What is the "Click Stream?"

The Ez Link Click Stream shows you a real-time view of your inbound clicks that refreshes every 10 seconds. Keep it open all day and watch as the clicks roll in. This is one of our most popular features and gives you immediate insight into your click traffic.

What is a "Premium Click Stats Report?"

We track the number of clicks for every inbound Ez Link. The Premium Click Stats Report shows you the timestamp, referrer, IP address, keywords used, and the total/unique clicks for the amount allowed in your account. This feature is one of the biggest differentiators between Ez Link and its competitors. Without it, we're just counting clicks. Make sure to choose the plan with the number of clicks you expect on your Ez Links in order to not miss out on all the these features for each click. Bot/Webcrawler clicks do not count against your allocation on Paid Plans..

What are the "Daily and Weekly Stats Email?"

For the Daily Stats Email, each day we email a top-ten list of Ez Links that had the highest click count in your account for the previous day. We send the same stats for the Weekly Stats Email, but for the previous week (Sunday - Saturday).

Do you offer 301 Redirects?

Yes, you can set your Ez Links to be 301 Redirects if you are concerned about SEO.

Do you delete bot clicks?

Yes, we delete clicks that are bots so you can see traffic that is real people and not automated bots such as website crawlers or search engines. Bot detection is not an exact science so we cannot guarantee that some will slip through.
